The Ljerka Njerš exhibition opened in the Josip Račić Studio of the Modern Gallery

On June 9, the exhibition ‘New Cycles’ of painter and ceramic artist Ljerka Njerš was opened in the Josip Račić Studio of the Modern Gallery. The many guests at the opening were welcomed by the exhibition’s curator, Lana Šetka, on behalf of the Gallery, thanking the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia and the City Office for Education, Culture and Sport of the city of Zagreb, Privredna banka Zagreb, principal sponsor of the Modern Gallery, Ars kopija and Fonart for their support in the production of the exhibition. Željka Čorak, who wrote the preface to the catalogue, presented the artist’s work through the works on display, ceramics, glass and painted silk, created in the last two years. The opening was attended by Maja Petrić, representing the chief of the City Office for Education, Culture and Sport Ivica Lovrić.
The exhibition in the Josip Račić Studio can be viewed until June 23.
